The Maguin-Interis process allows the treatment of various raw materials obtained from Manioc:

• manioc Roots
• manioc Chips (Thailand specificity)
• manioc Flour

The use of Manioc roots requires a washing stage, of which Maguin possesses a depth of experience.

The use of Manioc chips as raw material requires a sand extraction step, particularly developed by Maguin and its equipment manufacturer partners. Separation of sand is realized by a wet process, without loss of starch.

The starch milk or rasped roots or chips produced are sent to Liquefaction and undergo the same processing procedure as the other starchy raw materials.
