The ramp, designed and manufactured by Maguin, is integral with the granulator. The 4 to 6 sparge pipes ensure proper distribution of liquid along the whole length of the granulator, whatever its length. Their position is maintained by a robust and efficient mechanical brake system. An automatic lifting device is incorporated to avoid damage to the sparge pipes in the event of product build up.
