Maguin has designed and manufactured complete drying units for more than 50 years. We can offer triple-pass rotating drums, low temperature belt dryers and a system comprising both types combined with a heat exchanger for thermal recovery to a concentrator or evaporator.

Performance achieved:

• water evaporation up to 100 T/H per unit
• thermal ratio from 300 to 700 kcal/kg water evaporated, according to process selected
• homogeneity of dried product moisture content and properties (eg. Colour, protein content ...)
• dust and VOC emissions in compliance with standards in force, using a gas washer if necessary
• very low maintenance cost
• the triple pass drum can dry a variety of products.
