Driven by a strong team of experienced engineers and technicians, MAGUIN is capable of handling services ranging from design to full project management, including the creation of detailed manufacturing drawings.

MAGUIN is able to:

Equipped with significant production capabilities, we can manufacture all or part of the equipment based on our clients’ engineering and drawings: rotary drums, boiler-fabricated and welded structures, frames, and more.

Our facilities also allow us to offer machining, heat treatment, and surface treatment services — always tailored to the specific requirements of your projects.

Covering an area of over 14,000 m², our main manufacturing workshop enables us to produce large-scale boiler-fabricated and welded structures.

To achieve this, we operate a unique range of machinery: CNC machines, vertical and horizontal lathes, boring machine, welding column, painting booth and 100 m² shot blasting booth, 45 m² oxy-cutting table, bending machine, beveller, large drill press, saw, and a 25 m² annealing furnace, among others.

We invest every year to further develop and optimize our manufacturing workshop in the fields of maintenance, energy, and production tools.

Our experts in mechanics (engineering and assembly), process, or materials are capable of conducting analyses in the following contexts:

• Equipment assessments in preparation for maintenance or repair work
• Process audits to optimize system performance
• Analysis of critical situations

With our network of partners, we are able to manage the complete logistics for shipping your products worldwide.

Our Sales Administration teams handle the preparation of all required administrative and customs documents.

Our logistics technicians ensure the preparation and execution of loadings at our workshops, as well as monitoring transport and unloading.

Since its creation in 2002, JPi Maintenance has specialized in industrial maintenance in the agro-industry sector, and more specifically in the sugar industry.

We carry out off-campaign maintenance of equipment for many sugar factories in France and are permanently present in several of them to ensure close-proximity support and service.

Flexible and responsive, we are able to act in emergencies and also carry out the replacement of large-scale parts or components.

With our strong experience in the manufacturing of knives and cutters, our K-Maguin product line extends to all root cutters operating worldwide.

The cutters are used to maintain the knives (deburring and sharpening).

A standard range is available, along with custom manufacturing upon request.
